WHERE DO I FIND MY CONTRACT NUMBER?
The contract number is the last 6 digits of your car VIN number. You can find it in the copy of your warranty contract in the right top corner.
WHEN MY SERVICE CONTRACT STARTS TO BE IN EFFECT?
All vehicle plans require a mandatory “Waiting period” of 30 days and 1000 miles from the date of signing and current mileage before coverage takes effect. All major break downs that happen during the “Waiting period” would be considered as a “Pre existing condition of the car”.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER POWER TRAIN WARRANTY?
The covered components for Power Train Warranty are listed in your service plan contract.
HOW THE PROCEDURE OF FILING A CLAIM WORKS?
You must bring your vehicle to a licensed repair facility that is open to a public during the business hours. The technician must be competent in tearing down the car until the point of failed component, diagnose it, determine the cause of failure and rebuild or replace the component. Diagnostics and repairing must be done in the same facility. 2B Safe has a right to choose the repair facility other than selected by you.
Before starting to do any repairs on the vehicle service facility must contact 2B Safe in order to obtain the authorization and claim number. 2B Safe is not responsible for any of the repairs done before obtaining an authorization.
In order to get the authorization and claim number the serviced facility must prepare the estimate for the repairs and fax it or mail it to 2B Safe Warranty.
Upon completing the repair the service facility must mail or fax the complete invoice signed by the owner of the vehicle.
The repair invoice with the company’s name, address and phone number must contain the following:
Warranty claim number from 2B Safe;
Warranty contract number;
Vehicle VIN number;
Vehicle current mileage;
Owners name, address, phone number and signature.

DOES 2B SAFE WARRANTY PAY FOR THE REPAIRS THE SHOP OR ME?
2B Safe can pay the shop directly or reimburse you upon receipt of a final repair invoice. The instructions you can find under FILING A CLAIM.
HOW MUCH IS DEDUCTIBLE?
The deductible is $100 per claim unless you choose a “$0 Deductible” in OPTIONAL COVERAGE at the time of signing the contract.
IS MY SERVICE CONTRACT TRANSFERABLE?
Yes, you most certainly can transfer you contract to a new owner simply following the instructions under TRANSFERRING COVERAGE option in our main menu. The transfer fee of $99 applies.
